Directions for Use: 1. Shake the bottle well before each use. 2. Take 4 drops (equivalent to 1.9 mg of melatonin) shortly before bedtime.
3. Can be taken directly or diluted in a small amount of water.


Recommended Frequency: Take daily as needed, particularly on the first day of travel and for several days after arriving at your destination to help adjust to a new time zone and combat jet lag.
