I've been using these for a couple of weeks now, and they do seem to help me fall asleep a bit faster. I wouldn't say they're a miracle cure, but for the price, they're definitely worth trying if you struggle with occasional sleeplessness. The only thing I've noticed is that sometimes I wake up feeling a little groggy, but that could just be me. Overall, a good product for the price.

2. For jet lag after arrival: Continue taking one (1) tablet each evening for up to four (4) days after arriving at your destination.
