How to use:
It is recommended to take 1 cup of herbal tea at night to promote sleep even in case of stress. If necessary, you can also drink a cup in the morning to promote relaxation during the day. Pour the boiling water into a cup with the bag and cover the container so that the most volatile substances do not disperse.
