Sedivitax Advanced drops have been studied to promote falling asleep thanks to Passionflower, while Valerian contributes to good quality sleep. In addition, the product can also be taken during the day to promote relaxation, thanks to the synergy of Lemon Balm, Passionflower and Valerian, and the reduction of tension, restlessness and irritability, thanks to Lemon Balm. Its formulation is completed with Hawthorn. Being relaxed during the day helps prepare the body for rest at night. The extracts present in the product are obtained through an exclusive technological extraction process, called LPME (Liquid-Phase Microextraction), developed by Aboca research.

Water; Ethyl alcohol*; Apple, juice concentrate*; Thickener: Glycerol*; Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), dry leaf extract*; Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna), dry extract of flowering tops*; Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), dry root extract; Melissa (Melissa officinalis), dry leaf extract*; Thickener: Xanthan gum. *Biological ingredients: 98.09% of the total.

How to use:
It is recommended to take: 2 to 4 ml at night to facilitate sleep and improve its quality; if necessary, 1 ml in the morning to promote relaxation during the day. The product must be diluted in a little water. Its effect varies depending on individual sensitivity, so it is advisable to start taking the minimum daily dose and increase it based on your own needs. Shake before using.
Warnings and conservation:
Do not exceed the recommended doses. Food supplements cannot be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle. Keep the product out of the reach of smaller children.

Directions for Use: 1. Shake the bottle well before each use. 2. Measure the recommended dose using the provided dropper. 3. Dilute the drops in a small amount of water. 4. For sleep improvement, take 2 to 4 ml in the evening before bedtime.

  • I was a bit skeptical about trying these drops, to be honest. I'd been using melatonin gummies for ages, and they worked okay, but I was getting tired of the sugar. These seemed a bit...alternative? But I figured I'd give them a shot. I was surprised. They actually do seem to help me wind down before bed without that groggy feeling in the morning. Not sure if it's a placebo effect, but I'll take it!
