I was a bit skeptical, but I wanted to try something to help lower my cholesterol. It's only been a few weeks, but I do feel like I have more energy... maybe it's the lecithin? I'll keep taking it and see.

Well, the packaging is pretty standard, nothing too fancy. The capsules themselves are easy enough to swallow, I guess. I've only been taking them a week, so I can't say for sure if they're working wonders, but... so far so good?
