Reconozco que era un poco escéptica con este tipo de suplementos, pero después de un mes tomándolo, tengo que decir que noto la diferencia. No sé si será placebo o no, pero me siento con más vitalidad, sobre todo después del gimnasio. La compra online fue sencilla y el envío rapidísimo, así que, de momento, contenta.

How to Use: 1. Take one ampoule per day, preferably in the morning. 2. Before opening, shake the ampoule well to ensure any sediment is evenly distributed. 3. To open the ampoule, tap one end lightly to make any liquid fall to the bottom. 4. Using a paper towel or ampoule opener (if provided), carefully break off both ends of the ampoule, snapping away from yourself. 5. Pour the contents into a glass or mix with water or fruit juice. 6.
