I started taking these on the advice of my physio. They definitely seem to be helping with the stiffness, although I wish the tablets were a bit smaller, they can be tricky to swallow. Overall, I'm pleased with the results.

The tablets come in a blister pack inside a cardboard box, which I appreciate. Each blister is clearly marked, making it easy to track my dosage. The box also has all the necessary information printed clearly.
