So, I've been taking this Artilane Forte for a while now... and honestly, I'm pretty happy with it. My knees used to ache after a long day, especially if I was on my feet a lot, you know? Now, it's not totally gone, but the discomfort is much less. I mean, it mixes well too, which is a plus. Just wish the container was a bit easier to open sometimes, but overall, good stuff.
