I've been using these for about a month now, and I'm seeing a difference. I take two capsules about half an hour before lunch and dinner with a big glass of water, as instructed. I feel fuller quicker and I'm not snacking as much between meals. It's not a miracle cure, but it's definitely helping me manage my portions.
