Okay, so I've been taking this for a week now. First few days, nothing much. Then, things started moving... a bit too much, actually! Now it's settled down and I feel much better. Just be prepared for the initial adjustment!

I used to take a different probiotic for gut health, but it was so expensive. This one seems to work just as well, maybe even better! I take one sachet every morning before breakfast and it's made a noticeable difference in bloating. The taste is also pretty neutral, which is a plus.

I've been using these for a couple of weeks now, and honestly, for the price, they are great. I take one sachet mixed in water before bed. It's a gentle effect, not harsh like some others I've tried. Definitely worth a go if you're having issues.
