I'm a big fan of Pileje products and this one doesn't disappoint. The packaging is simple but effective, and the tablets are easy to swallow. I've used their probiotics before and had great results, so I was excited to try this for sleep. It's definitely gentler than some other sleep aids I've tried, but still effective.

I'm a big fan of Pileje products in general, and this is another winner. I think it's gentler than some of their other supplements, which is perfect for me. Definitely recommend if you struggle to switch off.
