I switched to these from another Vitamin C supplement I was taking, and I've noticed a definite improvement in my energy levels throughout the day. I feel more consistently energized, not just a quick boost and then a crash. Definitely sticking with these.

Good supplement, I feel a bit more energy, but the softgels are quite large. Not a huge deal, but something to consider if you have trouble swallowing pills.
