This is my first time trying a multivitamin like this, and I'm still figuring it out. I do like that it has so many different vitamins and minerals in one pill, makes it easy. I haven't noticed huge changes yet, but I'm hoping to see some improvements in my energy levels over time. The only thing is the size of the tablet, it's a bit big for me.

The VM-75 arrived quickly. The bottle is sturdy, good quality glass. However, the label design feels a bit dated. A more modern look would be nice for such a premium product. Still, the tablets themselves seem effective.
