So, this Vitis pack... it's pretty good for gums. The truth is, I notice a difference, less sensitivity after a few days. The mouthwash is strong, a bit too much for me sometimes, but it works.

The mouthwash is a mouthwash specially formulated to prevent and treat bleeding and inflammation of the gums. Specifically formulated to control gingivitis. Its continued use helps prevent inflammation and bleeding of the gums. In addition, it inhibits the formation of oral biofilm (bacterial plaque) and reduces its accumulation in the oral cavity, thus preventing the appearance or development of gingivitis.

Directions for Use:
Vitis Gums Paste: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Vitis Gums Paste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. 2. Brush all tooth surfaces gently for at least two minutes, paying special attention to the gum line.
3. Spit out the excess toothpaste. Do not rinse immediately to allow the active ingredients to remain in contact with the gums longer.
4. Use after every meal, or at least twice a day.
Vitis Gums Mouthwash: 1. Measure out 15ml of Vitis Gums Mouthwash. You can use the cap as a measuring cup.
2. Rinse your mouth vigorously for 30 seconds, ensuring the mouthwash reaches all areas, especially the gum line.
3. Spit out the mouthwash. Do not rinse with water after using the mouthwash.
Recommended Frequency:
Use both the Vitis Gums Paste and Mouthwash at least twice a day, after breakfast and before going to bed. For optimal results, use after every meal.
