Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of VITIS Aloe Vera Peppermint Toothpaste to a soft-bristled toothbrush.
2. Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least two minutes, ensuring you reach all surfaces, including the tongue and inner cheeks. 3. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing.
Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth at least twice a day, preferably after meals, or as directed by your dentist.
Additional Tips: For optimal oral hygiene, consider using VITIS Aloe Vera Peppermint Toothpaste in conjunction with a VITIS toothbrush and mouthwash. Regular dental check-ups are also recommended. Store at room temperature.
