Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Oral-B Gums & Enamel Repair Original toothpaste onto your toothbrush.
2. Brush your teeth thoroughly for two minutes, ensuring you reach all surfaces, including the front, back, and chewing surfaces of each tooth. 3. Pay special attention to the gumline and areas where plaque tends to accumulate. 4. Spit out the toothpaste after brushing. Do not swallow. 5. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth twice a day, once in the morning and once before going to bed, for optimal results.
