Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Oral-B Sensitivity & Gum Calm toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. 2. Gently brush your teeth thoroughly for two minutes, paying attention to areas with sensitivity or gum discomfort. 3. Be sure to brush all surfaces of your teeth: front, back, and chewing surfaces. 4. Spit out the toothpaste after brushing. Do not swallow. 5. Rinse your mouth with water after brushing.
