This toothpaste is effective for surface stains. I notice a visible difference in the whiteness of my teeth after a few weeks of consistent use, which is what I was looking for. The taste is a standard mint, not too strong, but it leaves my mouth feeling fresh. My only minor point is that the texture is a little thinner than other gels I've used, but it still cleans well.

Directions for Use: 1. Brush and floss your teeth thoroughly. 2. Apply a small amount of Ern Clysiden Gel (about the size of a pea) to the front surface of each tooth you wish to whiten. 3. Avoid rubbing the gel onto your gums. 4. Leave the gel on your teeth for the recommended time (see below). 5. After the designated time, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 6. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after application.
Recommended Frequency: Use twice daily for optimal results. For sensitive teeth, begin with once daily application and gradually increase to twice daily as tolerated. Do not exceed two applications per day.
Additional Tips: For best results, use Ern Clysiden Gel consistently. Avoid consuming staining foods and beverages such as coffee, tea, and red wine during the whitening process. If you experience any sensitivity, discontinue use and consult your dentist. Store the gel in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Results may vary.
