Directions for Use: 1. Pour 20ml (4 teaspoons) of Listerine Fresh Mint Mouthwash into a cup. 2. Rinse thoroughly for 30 seconds, making sure to reach all areas of your mouth. 3. Do not swallow. 4. Spit out the mouthwash after rinsing.
