Directions for Use: 1. Pour 20ml (4 teaspoons) of Listerine Fresh Mint Mouthwash into a cup. 2. Rinse thoroughly for 30 seconds, making sure to reach all areas of your mouth. 3. Do not swallow. 4. Spit out the mouthwash after rinsing.
Recommended Frequency: Use twice daily, after brushing and flossing, for optimal oral hygiene.
Additional Tips: For best results, do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing with Listerine Fresh Mint Mouthwash.
