My dentist recommended these... and well, la verdad es que sí noto diferencia. I use them every night, pues... no sé, parece que limpian mejor que solo con el cepillo. A ver si sigo usándolos y noto más mejora.

Directions for Use: 1. Choose the appropriate brush size. Your dentist can help determine the correct size for your interdental spaces. 2. Gently insert the brush into the interdental space. Do not force the brush. If it doesn't fit easily, try a smaller size. 3. Move the brush back and forth a few times to remove plaque and debris. 4. Rinse the brush thoroughly with water after each use. 5. If the bristles become frayed or bent, replace the brush with a new one. 6. You can bend the neck of the brush up to 90º for easier access to back teeth.
Recommended Frequency: Use daily, preferably after brushing and flossing, to maintain optimal interdental hygiene.
