In-and-out motion: Move the brush back and forth a few times to remove plaque and debris. Do not twist or rotate the brush excessively. 4. Rinse and repeat: After cleaning each space, rinse the brush under running water. Repeat the process for all interdental spaces. 5. Replace the cap: After use, replace the protective cap to keep the brush clean.
