My optometrist suggested these for my dry eyes. They do provide relief, which is great. The individual packaging is a bit wasteful though, wish they had a multi-dose option. But overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

I was looking for something to help with my dry eyes after staring at screens all day. These were a bit pricier than other options I saw, but the reviews were good, and they seemed like a better quality product. Definitely worth the extra few bucks, my eyes feel so much better!

Restores and stabilizes the tear film. How to use Detach a single-dose container. Apply 1 drop in each eye, 1 to 4 times daily. Use with clean hands, tilt head back, gently pull down the lower eyelid, and look up. Precautions Do not use if allergic to any component. Keep out of reach of children.

Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Detach one single-dose container from the strip. 3. Twist off the top of the single-dose container. 4. Tilt your head back slightly and gently pull down your lower eyelid. 5. Look up and instill one drop into the lower eyelid pocket of each eye.
6. Blink a few times to spread the emulsion evenly across the eye surface. 7. Discard the used single-dose container immediately after use. Do not reuse.
Recommended Frequency: Apply one drop in each eye, one to four times daily, or as directed by your eye care professional.
Additional Tips: For contact lens wearers: Cationorm can be used with contact lenses. You can instill the drops directly while wearing your lenses.
Avoid touching the tip of the container to your eye, eyelashes, or any other surface to prevent contamination.
If you are using other eye drops, wait at least 5 minutes between applications.
If you experience any persistent eye discomfort, redness, or blurred vision, consult your eye care professional.
