My eye doctor suggested this for my chronic dry eye. I was a little skeptical, honestly, because I've tried so many things. But I have to admit, it actually does seem to help. It's a bit greasy going on, but it really soothes the irritation overnight. I wake up with less redness and that gritty feeling is definitely reduced. I'll keep using it.

The tube itself is a good size, easy to squeeze out the right amount. The box it came in was sturdy enough, nothing fancy. I appreciate that it's a simple, no-frills presentation. What matters is it does the job for my dry eyes, and this ointment definitely does. No irritation, just relief.

Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after each application. 2. Tilt your head back slightly and gently pull down your lower eyelid to create a small pocket. 3. Squeeze a small amount (approximately 1/4 inch) of Brill Vita-Pos® Ophthalmic Ointment into the pocket. Avoid touching the tip of the tube to your eye or any other surface. 4. Close your eye gently and roll your eyeball around to distribute the ointment evenly. 5. You may experience temporary blurred vision after application. Avoid driving or operating machinery until your vision clears.
Recommended Frequency: As directed by your physician or healthcare professional. Typically, this may range from one to three times daily, or as needed.
