How each ingredient works

Instructions for use
-Take 2 capsules a day with the main meal with water.
You could also take 1 capsule with a main meal and 1 capsule with another meal.
It is NOT recommended to open the capsules.
There is no maximum time for taking Metabolic-Max since many of the metabolic alterations are progressive and, if taking it is stopped, they can return and/or progress even more if a healthy lifestyle with daily physical exercise is not followed. Mediterranean diet and proper stress management and rest. However, if for some reason you want to take a break, this could be done by resting for 2 months and then resuming use or for 2 months taking 1 maintenance dose, taking it 3 times a week.
