Royal Mail : Took a few days longer than originally indicated. However, given the New Year holiday and severe snow here in north Scotland, a few days delay was very understandable.

Product features:
- HEALTH: Test and Analysis
Product Reference: #274225
Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. Ensure your hands are completely dry. 2. Prepare the insulin vial. If the insulin is cloudy, gently roll the vial between your hands to mix it. Do not shake. 3. Clean the top of the insulin vial with an alcohol swab. 4. Draw air into the syringe. Pull back the plunger to the number of units of insulin you need. 5. Inject air into the vial. Insert the needle into the vial and push the plunger to inject the air. 6. Withdraw the insulin. Turn the vial upside down and slowly pull the plunger back to the correct dose. Ensure there are no air bubbles. If bubbles are present, gently tap the syringe barrel to dislodge them and push them back into the vial before redrawing the insulin. 7. Choose an injection site. Common sites include the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm. Rotate injection sites to prevent skin problems. 8. Clean the injection site with an alcohol swab. Allow the alcohol to dry completely. 9. Pinch the skin at the injection site. 10. Insert the needle at a 90-degree angle. 11. Push the plunger all the way in to inject the insulin. 12. Release the pinched skin and withdraw the needle. 13. Apply gentle pressure to the injection site with a clean cotton ball or gauze. Do not rub. 14. Dispose of the used syringe properly in a sharps container.
Recommended Frequency: Use as prescribed by your healthcare provider. The frequency of insulin injections depends on your individual needs and treatment plan. Follow your doctor's instructions carefully.
Additional Tips: Always use a new syringe for each injection to prevent infection.
Store your insulin as directed by your healthcare provider.
Monitor your blood sugar levels regularly and adjust your insulin dosage as needed, under the guidance of your doctor.
Inspect the injection site regularly for signs of infection or skin irritation.
If you experience any adverse reactions, such as redness, swelling, or pain at the injection site, contact your healthcare provider immediately.
Never share syringes or needles with others.
