Directions for Use:
1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Insert a OneTouch Select Plus test strip into the OneTouch Select Plus meter.
3. The meter will turn on automatically. 4. Prepare your lancing device and obtain a blood sample from your fingertip or an approved alternative site (as directed by your healthcare professional).
5. Carefully touch the blood sample to the edge of the test strip until the meter confirms it has enough blood. 6. The meter will display your blood glucose result in a few seconds. 7. Remove and discard the used test strip. 8. Record your blood glucose result in a logbook or app as directed by your healthcare professional.
