Instructions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before collecting the sample. 2. Open the sterile container carefully, avoiding touching the inside of the container or the lid. 3. Collect the urine sample according to the instructions provided by your healthcare professional. This may involve mid-stream collection. 4. Carefully close the container lid tightly to prevent leakage and contamination. 5. Label the container with your name, date of birth, and the date and time of collection. 6. Deliver the sample to your healthcare professional or designated laboratory as soon as possible. Do not refrigerate the sample unless specifically instructed to do so by your healthcare professional.


Recommended Frequency: Use as directed by your healthcare professional. Frequency of use will depend on the specific test being performed.


Additional Tips: For optimal results, follow these recommendations:
1. Do not open the sterile container until you are ready to collect the sample. 2. Avoid touching the inside of the container or the lid to maintain sterility. 3. If using a mid-stream collection method, begin urinating into the toilet, then collect the mid-portion of the urine stream in the container, and finish urinating into the toilet. 4. Ensure the container is sealed tightly after collection. 5. Deliver the sample to the appropriate facility promptly to ensure accurate results. 6.
