I've been struggling with congestion lately and this really helps clear things up. It's not a miracle worker, and you might need to use it a few times a day, but it's definitely a worthwhile purchase. I like that it's not too harsh.

Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any existing mucus. 2. Shake the bottle well before each use. 3. Tilt your head slightly forward. 4. Insert the nozzle into one nostril. 5. Close the other nostril with your finger. 6. Spray once or twice into the nostril while inhaling gently. 7. Repeat steps 4-6 for the other nostril. 8. Wipe the nozzle clean after each use.
Recommended Frequency: Use as needed up to 3-4 times per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Additional Tips: For best results, use at the first sign of nasal congestion. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
