Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose before application. 2. Shake the bottle well. 3. Remove the protective cap. 4. Insert the nozzle into one nostril while keeping your head upright. 5. Press the pump firmly and quickly while inhaling slightly. 6. Repeat in the other nostril. 7. Wipe the nozzle clean after each use and replace the protective cap.
Recommended Frequency: Use 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril, up to 6 times per day, as needed.
