Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear nasal passages. 2. Remove the protective cap. 3. Hold the bottle upright. 4. Insert the nozzle into one nostril. 5. Close the other nostril with your finger. 6. Press the pump firmly while inhaling gently through your nose. 7. Repeat in the other nostril. 8. Replace the protective cap.
Recommended Frequency: Use one to two sprays in each nostril every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 6 applications per day per nostril. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days unless directed by a healthcare professional.
Additional Tips: Clean the nozzle after each use with a clean tissue. Avoid sharing the bottle with others to prevent the spread of infection. If symptoms persist for more than 7 days, consult a healthcare professional. Discard the bottle after the expiry date printed on the packaging. Keep out of reach of children.
