Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any existing mucus. 2. Shake the bottle well before each use. 3. Remove the protective cap. 4. Hold the bottle upright and insert the nozzle into one nostril. 5. Close the other nostril with your finger. 6. Press the pump firmly and quickly while inhaling gently through your nose. 7. Repeat in the other nostril. 8. Replace the protective cap.

Recommended Frequency: Spray one or two times into each nostril, 3 to 5 times per day.

Additional Tips: For hygienic reasons, each bottle should be used by only one person.
To avoid contamination, wipe the nozzle clean after each use.
Do not use continuously for more than 7 days unless advised by a healthcare professional.
If symptoms persist after 7 days, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Keep out of reach of children.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Ingredients: Hypertonic seawater, extracts of fresh organically grown Echinacea purpurea herb and Mentha x piperita leaf. WARNINGS: Do not use continuously for more than 30 days. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor or healthcare professional. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Avoid contact with eyes. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare professional before use. May cause temporary mild stinging or burning sensation upon application. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, especially those in the Asteraceae/Compositae family (e.g., daisies, marigolds, ragweed). Discontinue use and consult a doctor if any adverse reactions occur. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
