How to Use:
For Cold Therapy: 1. Place the Thermogel in the freezer for at least 2 hours. 2. Remove the Thermogel from the freezer. 3. Wrap the Thermogel in a cloth or towel to protect the skin from direct contact. 4. Apply to the affected area for a maximum of 20 minutes. 5. Repeat as needed, allowing at least 20 minutes between applications.
For Hot Therapy: 1. Heat the Thermogel in the microwave for a maximum of 30 seconds. Check the temperature carefully before use. If not warm enough, heat in additional 10-second intervals, checking the temperature each time. Alternatively, immerse the Thermogel in hot (not boiling) water for 5-10 minutes. 2. Remove the Thermogel from the microwave or hot water. 3. Wrap the Thermogel in a cloth or towel to protect the skin from direct contact. 4. Apply to the affected area for a maximum of 20 minutes. 5. Repeat as needed, allowing at least 20 minutes between applications.
Recommended Frequency: Use as needed for pain relief. Do not apply for more than 20 minutes at a time. Allow at least 20 minutes between applications. Consult a healthcare professional if pain persists or worsens.
Additional Tips: Always test the temperature of the Thermogel on your skin before applying it to the affected area to prevent burns or frostbite. Never apply the Thermogel directly to broken skin or open wounds. Do not use while sleeping. If you have poor circulation or nerve damage, consult a doctor before using this product.
