I'd been suffering with some pretty bad shoulder pain after a tough gym session. A friend at work recommended these Thermacare heatwraps, said they were a game changer. I did a bit of research, looked at some cheaper alternatives, but decided to go with these. They really do provide consistent heat and helped to ease the muscle tension. Definitely worth the extra few quid.

Great value for money. You get three wraps in a box, and they really do help with muscle aches. Just stick one on and let it do its thing.

I've been using Thermacare products for ages, mostly for back pain. These multi-purpose ones are great because they're smaller and more flexible than the larger back wraps. They heat up quickly and stay warm for a good amount of time. Definitely prefer these now!

I used to use a different brand for my back pain, but these Thermacare ones are much better. They stay in place better, which is a big plus. The only thing is, I wish they were a bit bigger to cover a larger area.

Directions for Use:
1. Open the pouch just before use. 2. Remove the heat wrap and peel away the paper backing. 3. Apply the adhesive side directly to the skin on the affected area, such as the lower back, neck, shoulder, or upper/lower leg. 4. Ensure the heat wrap lies flat and smooth against your skin. 5. ThermaCare HeatWraps heat up gradually and reach therapeutic temperature within 30 minutes. You will feel a gentle warming sensation.
Recommended Frequency:
Use one ThermaCare HeatWrap for up to 8 hours. Do not use more than one heat wrap per day on the same area. Do not wear for more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period.
Additional Tips:
For maximum benefit, wear ThermaCare for the full 8 hours. Do not lie on the heat wrap as this may cause overheating. If the heat wrap feels too hot, remove it. Do not use with pain relieving creams, lotions, ointments, or other heat sources. Do not use on bruised or damaged skin, or areas of swelling, inflammation, or rash.
