Does the job. Sticks well, heats up quickly. I wish it stayed warm a bit longer, maybe an extra hour? But overall, good for easing muscle tension after the gym.

I'm a huge fan of Thermacare, and this collar/shoulder patch is just as good as their back patches! Provides great, consistent heat for hours. Really helps with my shoulder pain after workouts.

How to Use: 1. Open the pouch just before use. 2. Locate the adhesive side of the patch.
3. Peel away the paper backing from one side of the patch. 4. Apply the adhesive side directly to the skin on your neck or shoulder, ensuring good contact.
5. Peel away the remaining paper backing and smooth the patch onto your skin. 6. For best results, wear the patch for 8 hours.
7. After 8 hours, remove the patch gently.
Recommended Frequency: Use one patch per day, as needed, for up to 8 hours. Do not use more than one patch at the same time on the same area.
