How to Use: 1. Open the pouch just before use.2. Locate the adhesive side of the heatwrap.3. Position the heatwrap on your lower back or hip, with the darker side towards your skin.4. Peel away the paper backing and firmly apply the wrap to the area.5. Ensure the heatwrap is smooth and wrinkle-free for optimal contact.
6. The heatwrap will gradually reach its therapeutic temperature within 30 minutes and provide up to 8 hours of continuous heat.


Recommended Frequency: Use one heatwrap per day as needed. Do not use for more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period.


Additional Tips: 1. For best results, apply to clean, dry skin.2. Do not use with creams, lotions, or ointments as this may affect adhesion and heat delivery.3. Do not cut, fold, or tear the heatwrap.4. If the heatwrap becomes too hot, remove it immediately.5. Do not apply to damaged or irritated skin.6. Consult a doctor before use if you have diabetes, poor circulation, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or are pregnant.7. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash, or other unusual symptoms.8. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.9. Do not reuse the heatwrap.10. Keep out of reach of children.

Ingredients: Iron, Water, Cellulose, Vermiculite, Activated Carbon, Salts WARNINGS: Do not use ThermaCare heat wraps: on areas of bruised or damaged skin; on areas of the body where you can't feel heat; with pain relieving creams, rubs, lotions, or other topical heating products; on people unable to remove the heat wrap, including children, infants, and some elderly; on people with diabetes or poor circulation as it may cause burns; if you have a bleeding disorder or are taking blood thinners, such as warfarin (Coumadin), as this may increase the risk of bruising; for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period. Consult a doctor before using this product if you are pregnant. Stop use and consult a doctor if you experience any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash, or other changes in your skin that persist where the wrap is worn. Keep out of reach of children.
