I'm a big fan of Pranarôm, I've used their essential oil blends for years. This roll-on is great for quick relief. It's not as potent as some of their stronger oils, but for the price, it's excellent value.

Okay, so I used this after a tough workout at the gym. Applied it directly to my sore muscles – calves and lower back mainly. The rollerball is super convenient, no messy hands. It absorbed pretty quickly, and within about 20 minutes I felt a noticeable difference. Definitely recommend for post-exercise recovery.

How to use
Shake before use - Squeeze the tube until the gel comes into contact with the massage roller. Apply to the area to be treated with the desired pressure, making circular movements to maximize the effect of the roll-on and until the gel is completely penetrated. Up to 3 applications a day. for a period not exceeding 1 month.

Directions for Use: 1. Shake the roll-on bottle well before each use. 2. Squeeze the tube gently until the gel comes into contact with the massage roller ball. 3.
