Ok this arnica oil is good stuff really good for sore muscles after the gym or a long hike. Price is decent too you get what you pay for and this is worth it. Absorbs quickly doesnt leave you too greasy. I like it a lot.

It does help with muscle soreness, which is what I wanted. It's not a miracle cure but definitely makes a difference after a tough workout. I'm happy with it.
