Directions for Use:
1. Clean and dry the affected area thoroughly. Ensure the skin is free of lotions, oils, and other topical products. 2. Open the pouch and remove the heat patch. Do not cut or puncture the patch. 3. Peel off the protective film from the adhesive side of the patch. 4. Apply the patch directly to the skin over the area of pain or discomfort. Press firmly to ensure proper adhesion. 5.
