Directions for Use:
1. Clean and dry the affected area thoroughly. Ensure the skin is free of lotions, oils, and other topical products. 2. Open the pouch and remove the heat patch. Do not cut or puncture the patch. 3. Peel off the protective film from the adhesive side of the patch. 4. Apply the patch directly to the skin over the area of pain or discomfort. Press firmly to ensure proper adhesion. 5. The patch will begin to heat up gradually within minutes. The warming sensation can last for up to 8 hours. 6. After use, gently peel off the patch from the skin. Dispose of the used patch properly.
Recommended Frequency:
Use one patch as needed, up to once per day. Do not apply more than one patch at a time to the same area. Do not use for more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period.
