Directions for Use: 1. Apply a thin layer of Boiron Arnica Gel to the affected area. 2. Gently massage the gel into the skin until fully absorbed. 3. Wash hands thoroughly after application. 4. Do not apply to open wounds, mucous membranes, or near the eyes.
Recommended Frequency: Apply 2 to 3 times daily, or as needed, until symptoms subside.
