How to use: 1. Ensure the thermometer is clean and dry. 2. Press the power button. 3. Position the thermometer probe gently on the center of the forehead, making sure it makes good contact with the skin. 4. Hold the thermometer steadily in place until you hear a beep. 5. Read the temperature displayed on the screen. 6. Press the power button again to turn off the thermometer (it will also shut off automatically after a short period).
Recommended frequency: As needed to monitor body temperature. For accurate tracking during illness, measure temperature several times a day, noting the time of each reading.
Additional tips: For accurate readings: Do not take temperature immediately after strenuous activity, a hot bath, or shower. Wait at least 30 minutes. Avoid touching the probe tip. Ensure the forehead is dry and free of sweat or makeup. Keep the thermometer away from direct sunlight and heat sources. If the thermometer displays a "Lo" message, replace the batteries.
