Good value for the money. It seems accurate enough for home use. The cuff is a little stiff, which makes it slightly awkward to put on by myself, but overall I'm happy with the purchase.

How to use:
1. Sit comfortably with your back straight and feet flat on the floor. 2. Place the cuff on your bare upper arm, about 1 inch above the elbow. 3. Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight. 4. Turn on the device. 5. Remain still and quiet while the device inflates the cuff and takes the measurement. 6. The device will display your systolic and diastolic blood pressure readings, as well as your pulse rate. 7. Record your readings.
Recommended frequency:
Monitor your blood pressure regularly, as advised by your doctor. For general monitoring, taking your blood pressure daily, preferably at the same time each day, is recommended. If you experience any unusual readings, consult your doctor.
Additional tips:
1. Avoid caffeine, nicotine, and exercise for at least 30 minutes before taking your blood pressure. 2. Empty your bladder before taking a measurement. 3. Do not talk or move during the measurement. 4. Keep the device and cuff clean. 5. Store the device in a cool, dry place. 6.
