Directions for Use:
1. With clean hands, roll the earplug into a thin, tight cylinder. 2. Reach over your head with the opposite hand and pull your ear up and back to straighten the ear canal. 3. Insert the rolled earplug quickly and firmly into your ear canal. Hold it in place for a few seconds while it expands to create a seal. 4. If the earplug is not fully inserted or does not provide adequate noise reduction, remove it and repeat the process with a new earplug.
Recommended Frequency:
These earplugs are disposable and intended for single use. Replace with a new pair as needed for each noise exposure.
Additional Tips:
For optimal noise reduction, ensure a proper seal. If you feel any discomfort or pressure, remove the earplug and try again. Do not force the earplug into your ear canal.
