These are great for blocking out noise. I use them when I need to concentrate on work at home, and they really help. They're comfortable enough to wear for a few hours at a time, which is a big plus. Good value for money too.

Directions for Use: 1. With clean hands, roll the earplug into a thin, tight cylinder. 2. Reach over your head with one hand and pull up and back on the outer ear with your free hand. 3. Insert the rolled earplug into your ear canal. 4. Hold the earplug in place for 20-30 seconds while it expands to seal the ear canal. 5. Repeat with the other earplug.
Recommended Frequency: Use a new pair of earplugs each time you need hearing protection. Discard after use. Do not reuse.
Additional Tips: For optimal protection, ensure a proper seal. If the earplugs do not fully expand or feel loose, remove and reinsert a new pair.
