My ENT doctor suggested these foam earplugs after I complained about discomfort with others. I spent ages looking at different brands online. Honestly, these are way better than the drugstore ones. They actually stay in place all night and don't irritate my ears. So glad I listened to the doc!

I was using another brand of foam earplugs before, but I decided to give these a try because they were on sale. I'm glad I did! They are much more comfortable and seem to block out more noise. I use them every night to sleep and they really help me get a good night's rest. Plus, the size S is perfect for my ears, which is great because the other brand only had one size.

Instructions for Use: 1. With clean hands, roll the earplug between your thumb and forefinger to compress it into a narrow cylinder. 2. Reach over your head with the opposite hand and gently pull your ear upward and outward. 3. Quickly insert the rolled earplug into your ear canal just far enough to create a seal. 4. Hold the earplug in place for a few seconds while it expands to fill the ear canal. 5. Repeat the process for the other ear.
Recommended Frequency: Use these earplugs whenever you are exposed to potentially harmful noise levels, such as in noisy workplaces, at concerts, or during loud activities.
Additional Tips: 1. Ensure the earplugs are clean before insertion. 2. Do not force the earplugs too deeply into the ear canal. 3.
