I was a bit skeptical about these, to be honest. They come in a neat little case, which is good for keeping them clean. I've only used them a couple of times, but so far they seem to work pretty well at blocking out snoring. I'll update if anything changes.

I used to use the foam ones, you know, the kind you roll up? These are way better. You just kinda wiggle them in and they block out so much more noise.

How to use: 1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Roll the earplug between your clean fingers to compress it into a narrow cylinder. 3. Gently pull your earlobe upwards and outwards with your free hand. 4. Insert the rolled earplug into your ear canal until it sits comfortably and forms a seal. 5. Hold the earplug in place for a few seconds to allow it to expand and create the necessary pressure equalization. Important: Do not insert the earplug too deeply. It should sit comfortably in the outer ear canal.
Recommended frequency: Use the earplugs during ascent and descent on airplanes, or as needed when experiencing pressure changes. Remove the earplugs once the pressure has stabilized.
Additional tips: 1. For optimal hygiene, replace the earplugs after each use. 2. Do not share earplugs with others. 3. If you experience any discomfort or pain, remove the earplugs immediately and consult a healthcare professional. 4. Store the earplugs in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. 5.
