After my shower, I apply a small amount to my shoulders and neck. It absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling soft, not sticky. The scent is subtle and herbal, which I appreciate.

I have super sensitive skin, so I'm always hesitant to try new body products. I spent ages comparing different arnica creams online before settling on this one. So far, so good! It's really gentle, doesn't irritate my skin at all, and seems to be helping with some minor muscle aches after my workouts. The texture is nice too, not too greasy.
