I was skeptical, I'll admit. A balm for friction? But I'm training for a half marathon, and I'm desperate. It actually works! Not greasy at all, which is a huge plus. I still think it's a bit pricey, but worth it so far.

Directions for Use: 1. Clean and dry the skin thoroughly in the areas prone to friction, such as armpits, nipples, inner thighs, groin, feet, or any other area where skin rubbing occurs. 2. Apply a small amount of Hidrotelial Luxoben Anti-Friction Balm directly to the affected area. 3. Gently massage the balm into the skin until fully absorbed. 4.
