I used this balm before a half marathon and it worked wonders! I applied it liberally to my feet and inner thighs. No chafing whatsoever, even in humid conditions. It's a bit greasy at first, but absorbs pretty quickly. Definitely recommend for long distance runners.

Huge fan of Hidrotelial! I've been using their foot cream for years. This balm is just as good, maybe even better. Perfect for preventing blisters during hikes.

Directions for Use: 1. Clean and dry the skin thoroughly in the areas prone to friction, such as armpits, nipples, inner thighs, groin, feet, or any other area where skin rubbing occurs. 2. Apply a small amount of Hidrotelial Luxoben Anti-Friction Balm directly to the affected area. 3. Gently massage the balm into the skin until fully absorbed. 4. Ensure the area is completely covered with a thin, even layer of the balm.
Recommended Frequency: Apply as often as needed, especially before activities that may cause friction, such as exercise, long walks, or wearing tight-fitting clothing. Reapply after swimming or showering.
